• A Store Diagnosis service, which includes a recorded video review of a customer’s store

The scope and content of each service are defined at the time of purchase.

4. Store Diagnosis
The Store Diagnosis is a one-time digital service.
By purchasing a Store Diagnosis, you agree that:

• You will receive a recorded video breakdown (typically 10–15 minutes)
• Delivery is usually within 2 business days
• The service provides analysis and recommendations only
• No implementation or ongoing support is included

Due to the nature of digital services:

No refunds are provided once the service has been delivered

5. Program Access and Enrollment
Access to the full program may be granted through an application or selection process.

Once admitted, you receive access to course materials, resources, and sessions as defined in the program.

Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

Plasmatio reserves the right to revoke access if terms are violated.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for services are processed via Stripe.

• Store Diagnosis is a one-time payment
• Program fees may be offered as one-time or installment payments

Due to the nature of digital services:
Payments are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered or access has been granted.

Exceptions may be made at Plasmatio’s discretion.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Plasmatio, including videos, downloads, worksheets, and branding, are the intellectual property of Plasmatio.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal learning only.

Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public display of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree to:

Not share login credentials or course materials

Use the platform lawfully and respectfully

Refrain from recording or distributing course sessions or materials

Violation may lead to immediate termination of access.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

10. Disclaimers

Plasmatio provides educational and analytical services.
We do not guarantee specific business results or revenue outcomes.
