Welcome to Plasmatio! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our digital course platform and related services. By accessing or using Plasmatio, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

Plasmatio is a digital course platform based in Switzerland. We offer a 6-month guided online course for individuals building their business presence.

2. Eligibility

By using our platform, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Course Enrollment and Access

Access to the course is granted through a waitlist and pre-approval process, including a selection call. Once admitted, you receive full access to all course modules, downloadable materials, and session invites.

Access is personal, non-transferable, and may not be shared.

Plasmatio reserves the right to revoke access if terms are violated.

4. Payments and Refunds

Course fees can be paid as a one-time payment or via a payment plan over 6 months through Stripe. Once access is granted, cancellations are not permitted.

Partial refunds may be granted at Plasmatio’s discretion. Taxes and VAT may apply depending on your location.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials provided through Plasmatio, including videos, downloads, worksheets, and branding, are the intellectual property of Plasmatio.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use these materials for personal learning only.

Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public display of any content is strictly prohibited without prior written permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree to:

Not share login credentials or course materials

Use the platform lawfully and respectfully

Refrain from recording or distributing course sessions or materials

Violation may lead to immediate termination of access.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect and process data as described in our Privacy Policy [link]. By using Plasmatio, you consent to this processing.

You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

8. Disclaimers

Plasmatio is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific results from participation.

We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of the platform.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively by the competent courts of Switzerland.

10. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
